The thesis is devoted to the questions of agrarian production of the capital region
in developing market conditions. The questions of theoretical substantiation and
practical inevitability of market transformations are spread out. It is determined
that the agrarian sector of the region has the possibilities for overcoming the
crisis. It is proposed to realize the growing of the agrarian sector by stages, at
first to rich. the middle and then the higher stage. The main results of the work
are tested in practice and can be used at the regional farms.
