The new aspects of psoriatic arthritis in a combination with nonspecific reactive hepatitis is formulated. At patients with psoriatic arthritis and nonspecific reactive hepatitis observes deterioration of current of an articulate syndrome, the condition of cartilage tissue, changes in systems the peroxide oxidation of lipids and antioxydation defense are more expressed, it appears more essential disturbance between cytokines.
The differentiated approach to treatment psoriatic arthritis in a combination with nonspecific reactive hepatitis is developed. Including Zinaxin to complex therapy of psoriatic arthritis allows to strengthen an anti-inflammatory orientation of treatment, to increase chondroprotective effect of therapy. The including of Glutargin to the medical scheme is necessary at occurrence at patients of attributes of nonspecific reactive hepatitis.
