Разработанный комплекс дородовой подготовки семейных пар и проведение семейных родов у женщин с ССЗ способствовали достоверному повышению частоты физиологических родов и снижению частоты аномалий сократительной деятельности, эпизиотомии и ревизий полости матки.

In dissertation a problem is explored of obstetric complications at pregnant with pathology of the cardiovascularsystem. On the basis of complex study of emotional-personality descriptions, features of neurohormonal processes during pregnancy and births it is led to, that main psychological predictor obstetric complications there is a personality anxiety at these women, low of masculinities psychotype, introversion and emotional lability. Done conclusion in relation to actuality of psychological support at pregnant with the cardiovasculardiseases. According to the developed chart of pathogenes, is grounded expedience of psychoprophylactic preparation of family before labor and conducting of family delivery and labor for the pregnant women with cardiovascular pathology. The implementation of the proposed complex of measures within the limits of the program “Domestic births” resulted in the decline of frequency of uterus of retractive activity anomalities, epiziotomiya and of uterus cavity revisions.
