Dissertation is dedicated to the study of the influence of the total controlled body hyperthermiaon the state of immunologic system in cardiac surgery patients with infective endocarditis.
Peculiarities of the qualitative and of the quantitative functional state of the immunecompetent cells were studical for the first time on a big clinical material in patients with infective endocarditis, who were operated on with the use of a total controlled the whole body hyperthermia at different temperatures.
Condution of a multiscale studies with the use of immunological methods permitted to detecmine immunological eficiency of the use of the total controlled the whole body hyperthermia with the temperature 39,0 – 39,5 °С during 30 minutes in patients with infective endocarditis. It was shown, that the use of the total controlled the whole body hyperthermia with the temperature 39,0 – 39,5 °С during 30 minutes in patients with infective endocarditis favours normalization of the cell link of the immune system (increase of the quantity of CD3+ lymphocytes and of their functional activity, decrease of a impaired balance of T-helpers and T-suppressor subpopulations) and of the humoral link of immune system, which is manifested by the decrease of the level Ig G, Ig М, Ig А, circulating immune complex, C3 component complementа and of the level of a proinflammatory cytokines (TNF- α and IL-6).
